Southwark Council - 2026 Call for sites survey
Residents, businesses, developers and landowners can take part in our call for sites process to help find new sites for development in Southwark. This could include any land that you think could be used for development, including the potential for the land use to be improved or changed.
The aim is to identify potential sites for further assessment. You do not need to consider any constraints on land or development at this stage. Anyone can propose land for development, even if they do not own the land they are putting forward.
Submitting a site does not guarantee that it will be taken forward. We will assess all the information we receive to understand which sites are the most appropriate to put forward for allocation during the local plan process.
